PAYMENY METHODS

MAMIBA accepts the following payment methods. Please note that available payment options may vary depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery

Pay when you receive the products.

Instapay

1. Select – Instapay as your method of payment, make a transfer to MAMIBA’s bank account : National Bank of Egypt (Al Ahly): 1623131781203303035 

2. Send a screenshot of the payment to our e-mail as a reply to your order confirmation e-mail.

Store Credit

If you have store credit and are logged into your MAMIBA account at the time of purchase, the store credit will be applied automatically. Any remaining balance can be paid using the payment method of your choice.

Credit Card/ ValU

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and JCB cards.

PayPal

When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to MAMIBA.

Apple Pay

If you choose Apple Pay, ensure you are logged in with your Apple ID. Enter your billing, delivery, and contact information if necessary to confirm payment.

PAYMENT SECURITY

MAMIBA uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect any data you send over the internet. When SSL is active, a padlock icon appears in your browser, and the URL will begin with "https" instead of "http," indicating that you are in secure mode. 

MAMIBA is committed to maintaining your privacy and ensuring your information remains protected between your web browser and our servers. 

PSD2 Authentication

If your card issuer is based in Egypt or the EU, you may be asked to verify your payment due to the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). You will either be redirected to a secure page to enter further information or asked to authorize the payment via your mobile phone. Once completed, you will return to MAMIBA.

SAVED CARD DETAILS  

To make future shopping quicker, you can safely store your credit card details. 

Only the last four digits of your saved card will be displayed for your security. You can opt not to save your card details by unchecking the box at checkout. If you update or add a new address, you may be required to re-enter your card information. 

TAXES AND DUTIES  

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination. If you are not based in Egypt, please send us an e-mail and our export team will assist you with your purchase.

We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis to most countries, meaning that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in your final purchase price.
